Primary Care Medical Office in St. Petersburg
No-nonsense care for chronic medical & behavioral conditions
Convenient hours including evenings & weekends
Looking for straightforward primary care in St. Petersburg?
Choosing a healthcare provider isn't easy. Between hospital-owned practices, corporate urgent care chains, direct primary care memberships, and nationwide telehealth apps, it's hard to know which option is right for you.
If you have health insurance and plan to use it, a traditional medical practice is often the best choice. They typically offer extensive provider networks, on-site laboratory and imaging services, and seamless referrals to specialists.
What if you don't have insurance. Or maybe you're looking for a more personal approach to healthcare.
Welcome to Remedicus.
My name is Elias Lu, and my philosophy is simple: treat every patient the way I'd want my own family to be treated – with kindness, patience, honesty, and respect.
I don't rush appointments. I don't hide my prices. There are no monthly membership fees, long-term contracts, or surprise bills – just transparent, affordable medical care from a clinician who takes the time to listen, answer your questions, and help you make informed decisions about your health.
Whether you're dealing with an illness, managing a chronic condition, need a medication refill, want support for anxiety or depression, or simply need a work or school note, I'm here to help. You can see me in downtown St. Petersburg or from the comfort of your home through a secure telehealth visit.
And before you spend a single dollar, let's make sure we're a good fit.
Every new patient is welcome to a quick free phone consultation. If I don't believe I'm the right person to help you, I'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction whenever I can.

How Primary Care Works
1. We start with a real conversation
Your first appointment is virtual and unhurried — we'll go through your medical history, talk about what's actually going on, and figure out together what you're hoping to achieve.
2. Testing, when it makes sense
If lab work will help us get a clearer picture, I'll order it — usually at a Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics near you, so it's easy to fit into your day.
3. Getting you the right medication
When it's appropriate, I'll send prescriptions and refills electronically to whichever pharmacy is most convenient for you — Publix, Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, or another one nearby.
4. Staying with you, not just checking in
We'll keep in touch through regular video or phone visits so I can track your progress, go over results together, adjust course when needed, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
No confusing intake forms
No hidden fees
No annoying memberships
No rushed appointments
No unnecessary tests
